ICARIO Nysa Bianco Toscana I.G.T. 2021

Intense, persistent bouquet of lush flowers and yellow fruit. Confirms the olfactory intensity and persistence also on the palate, rich in body and structure.
The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The must is placed in new French 500 lt oak barrels, where it ferments and remains for about six months. During this period, the carousel is stirred twice a week to keep it in suspension. The wine is then bottled and aged for another six months before being put on the market.
It is particularly recommended with pasta and risotto dishes, fish and white meat.

This wine contains sulphites.
