Returns at WALTER are this easy
Please note that you can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this period, returns are no longer possible. We will usually refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Returns - here's how it works:
STEP 1: Register the return with WALTER
Please notify our customer service department of your return at service@walteronline.com or 00800 925 837 88 .
STEP 2: Prepare your return for shipping
Please enclose the fully completed return slip with the package and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

STEP 3: Submit your return
GERMANY: Please drop off your parcel at the nearest post office or DHL parcel shop .
AUSTRIA & rest of the EU: Please drop off your parcel at the nearest DPD parcel shop. away.
Please ensure you use the correct parcel shop for drop-off (note the parcel service provider on the return label) and that return shipping is only free of charge with a valid WALTER return label. It's best to keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return.
STEP 4: Receive your refund
After receiving the returned item and conducting an internal review, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
