Returning items to WALTER is so easy
Please note that you can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
We will usually refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Return - PROCEED AS FOLLOWS
STEP 1: Register the return with WALTER
Please report the return to our customer service at service@walteronline.com or 00800 925 837 88 .
STEP 2: Prepare your return for shipping
Please enclose the fully completed return slip with the package and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

STEP 3: Submit your return
GERMANY: Please drop off your parcel at the nearest post office or DHL parcel shop .
AUSTRIA & rest of the EU: Please drop off your parcel at the nearest DPD parcel shop away.
Please ensure you use the correct parcel shop for your parcel (note the parcel service provider on the return label), and return shipping is free of charge only with the appropriate WALTER return label. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return.
STEP 4: Get your refund
After receipt of the return and internal inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original method of payment.
