On the palate, an aromatic abundance of red fruits unfolds, combined with a subtle complexity and pleasant aromatic intensity. Harmoniously balanced and with moderate persistence, this wine is perfect for everyday enjoyment and special occasions.

Traditional manufacturing for the highest quality

Fermentation and maceration take place for 15–20 days in stainless steel tanks at 25–30°C. The wine is then racked and undergoes malolactic fermentation at 18–20°C. Aging occurs in 3,500-liter oak barrels for ten months, followed by four months of bottle aging before the wine is released for sale.
