Simple & safe: Tool-free chain tensioning

The SDS chain tensioning system allows for tool-free chain tensioning. The double kickback design and anti-kickback protection offer added safety during operation. The soft-grip handle ensures a comfortable and secure hold. Thanks to the convenient adjustment wheel, the chain can be tensioned quickly and easily without any additional tools.

WALTER TIP:For optimal chain tension, you should be able to lift the saw chain between 3 and 5 mm from the center of the guide bar. Test this by pulling the chain upwards at the center of the bar until the engine housing lifts slightly.

Comfortable working with battery power

Weighing only about two kilograms, the WALTER Li-Ion battery-powered pruner is particularly light and easy to handle. Its short charging time of 60 to 90 minutes ensures it's quickly ready for use again. The battery charge level is indicated by three LEDs.
