Nysa Bianco Toscana IGT 2019

This white wine impresses with an intense, persistent bouquet of lush floral aromas and notes of yellow fruit. On the palate, this aromatic diversity is confirmed, accompanied by a full body and pronounced structure – a delight for lovers of expressive white wines.

Careful vinification for the highest enjoyment

The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The must matures in new 500-liter French oak barrels, where it ferments and remains for approximately six months. During this time, the lees are stirred twice a week to keep the aromas suspended. The wine is then bottled and aged for a further six months before being released.

Perfect accompaniment to fine cuisine

This wine is particularly recommended with pasta dishes, risotto, fish, and white meat. With an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​ABV and an optimal serving temperature of 10–12°C, it unfolds its full aroma. Contains sulfites.
