Tradition meets oak barrel

The grapes (45% Pinot Grigio, 45% Traminer, 10% Riesling) are carefully destemmed and pressed. The must ferments in new 500-liter French oak barrels and remains there for approximately six months. Regular stirring of the lees refines the texture before the wine is bottled and aged for another six months.
