A fine red wine with refined complexity

This 2016 red wine entices with a bouquet of ripe fruits, blackcurrant, and raspberry, complemented by elegant notes of tobacco, chocolate, and sweet spices. On the palate, it unfolds with a full body and enveloping richness, perfectly balanced – a true delight for lovers of fine wines.

Elaborate vinification for the highest quality

Fermentation and maceration take place over 25–28 days in stainless steel tanks at 28–30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation at 18–20°C. The wine then matures for 24 months in French oak barrels with capacities of 225 and 500 liters before being bottled and aged for a further twelve months.

Perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes

This wine pairs perfectly with roasts, grilled meats, and aged cheeses. It is especially recommended with traditional Tuscan specialties such as the "Fiorentina" or "Chianina" steak. Contains sulfites.
