RETURNING GOODS AT WALTER IS SO EASY

Please note that you can return your order free of charge within 14 days after receipt of the goods. After this period has expired, return or refund is subject to our Terms & Conditions.

We usually refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving and checking your return.

STEP 1: Register the return at WALTER
Please register the return at our customer service at service@walteronline.com or

STEP 2: Prepare your return for shipment
Please enclose the completed return form in the package and attach the return label on the outside of the package.

STEP 3: Submit your return
Germany: Please hand in your package at the nearest post office or the nearest DHL parcel shop.

Austria & rest of EU:  Please hand in your package at the nearest DPD parcel shop.

Please make sure that you use the correct parcel shop for the parcel (please note the parcel service provider on the return label) and that the return shipment is only free of charge for you if you have the corresponding WALTER return label. It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return.

STEP 4: Receive your refund
After receipt and internal inspection of returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original method of payment.
