Balance and persistence on the nose, sweet cherry and maraschino cherry, with elegant balsamic and spicy notes. These unfold on the palate, wide and enveloping, of balanced body, noble.
Fermentation and cold maceration take place for 18-22 days in steel tanks at 25-30°C. This is followed by racking and malolactic fermentation at 18-20°C. The wine is then aged in traditional oak barrels of 3,500 lt capacity before being offered to our customers.
This wine goes well with typical traditional Tuscan pasta dishes and with meat dishes (grilled or roasted meat)
Marked intensity, aromas of ripe fruit, blackcurrants and raspberries, enriched with elegant notes of tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices.
