Fermentation and maceration take place in steel tanks at 25-27°C for 15-20 days. This is followed by racking and malolactic fermentation at 18-20°C. The wine is then aged in oak barrels of 3500 lt capacity.
Whether with warm pasta or risotto dishes from Tuscany or with meat main courses, this wine is the ideal companion.
