Hand tools

Saws

Saws are available according to the purpose in a wide variety of types. Thus, the panel saw is used for cutting timber. In order to cut plasterboards, a drywall saw is essential, which is characterized by a short, rigid blade.

Wrenches

The pipe wrench is an indispensable tool for the do-it-yourselfer as well as for the professional. The main use is for working on pipes and coupling sleeves. Since pipe wrenches have an adjustable joint and a different sized jaw width, it is ideally suited for sanitary work. It's so easy: set the wrench according to the size of the pipe and attach it to the point to be repaired and turn it. Our tip: Do not apply to much pressure against the pipe to prevent deformation or damage on the pipe. Pipe wrenches are available in a few different versions:

Allen & Torx® keys, screwdriver

For tightening and loosening screws, there are different tools that differ in their blade shape. There are flat head, Phillips, hexagonal screwdrivers and Torx® keys. Allen keys are used to tighten and loosen special screws. Torx® keys have a 6-point star-shaped recess and are also used to tighten and loosen screws. Torque wrench

The torque wrench is used for controlled tightening of screw connections. Primarily the tool is used when changing car wheels. Whether garden house, swings or similar - countless manufacturers specify torques for each screw or nut. The higher the load on a screw, the more important is the correct torque.
